Returns & Exchanges

If your DIAMORA piece does not fully meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@diamora.co including your order number and the item(s) concerned. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

If an item is not returned, no refund can be issued.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
  • If a shipped order is returned to us, a refund will be processed after reception and inspection

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@diamora.co including clear photos of the issue.
Our team will ensure an appropriate and prompt resolution.

  • Proof of shipment is retained until the process is completed
